We have a fabulous studio located in downtown Manhattan in Battery Park City right on the water steps away from the North Cove Marina, the World Trade center site, and the financial district. The studio is about 600 sq. feet and has a queen bed, a couch, and a futon that folds out into a double. There is also an air mattress if necessary and could sleep up to 6. There are subway stops just a short walk away and the apartment is really located very conveniently to everything Manhattan has to offer. We are asking 80/night, but would be willing to do a package rate if you want to stay for more than 2 nights. Toiletries and linens included. Bikes are also available if you want to do any biking. Within walking distance of grocery, shopping (Century 21), movie theatre, restaurants, and more!

We do have one cat, who is no trouble, but will be staying at the apt. as well.

This studio is available from June30th through July 5th.

I'm looking for a home exchange from Tuesday, November 24 - Tuesday, December 1, 2009. My one-bedroom quiet Upper West Side apartment is in the Eighties, one block from Central Park. It's bright and sunny, fully renovated in a charming pre-war building. It's suitable for two adults (no children, please). The apartment comes with a regal and vocal 19-year old Siamese cat.
