Beautiful Pre-war apartment 4 blocks from Columbia University. Hardwood floors, high ceilings, tall windows. Converted 2 bedroom (your bedroom is technically the living room) railroad style, ie roommate walks through your room to get to her own; thinking of setting up folding screens between your room and kitchen/hallway to make it a bit more private
Share bathroom with one female roommate, a Columbia sutdent in her mid 20s, clean, neat, laid back, private. Looking to rent to another Columbia student or young professional, ideally female.
Move in September 15th, looking for someone to rent at least through Fall semester (until the end of December) or longer. Sorry, no pets.
