Demystifying the Lease Purchase in Real Estate

When a person who is not too deeply involved in the property industry first hears about something like the 'lease purchase' their first reaction to it is likely to be something like, 'okay, there goes yet another of those of mysterious property industry concepts which only the 'hard core' players in the industry really understand.' The truth of the matter, however, is that the lease purchase is not really a mysterious concept as such, and it is something almost anybody with a basic understanding of business would grasp within a few minutes of being introduced to it.
