There are two rooms available:
One room: $1200 (share a bathroom with me)
Second room: HUGE studio-esque room with personal bathroom: $1775
This is a one year lease, lease start/move in date oct. 1st

This 38th floor, near penthouse apartment is one of the tallest residential units in the area. The views of downtown Manhattan, Empire State Building, and Statue of Liberty are just breathtaking with FLOOR TO CEILING WINDOWS - its actually AMAZING.
I am new to the city and a student at Columbia (I work at the hospital everyday). Females only please. I am looking for young professionals or students who are responsible. Pets are ok (as long as we talk about it first!)
