The loft is only available on those dates: Sept 26 to Oct 15.
This furninshed loft is located on the edge of Union Square and the East Village. Surrounded by restaurants of all kind, Cafes with terraces, shops and 24 hours deli, you just can't beat the location.
The building is very New York meaning very industrial. You will have to climb 3 floors before getting to the appartement and there's no elevator off course.
The appartment has a defnitive loft lay out as the windows are huge and the ceiling is very high. It is about 750 square feets and the huge windows are looking at a garden, so the only thing you hear is birds and leaves.
I have never seen anything like it in New York quite honestly.
White walls and hardwood floors everywhere. It is filled with light and a great energy is flowing throughout the apartment. All the paints are like new and the hardwood floors are also in mint conditions.
The appartement is very neat and it equipped with everything you need: stereo, iPod ready, TV, DVD, VCR, Microwave, etc... No Dishwasher though.
The bedroom is also looking at the garden so you will have no noise either.
There will be an empty closet for your personal things off course.
What do I need:
- water for the plants once or twice a week.
- $190/night payable in advance. (+deposit)
