The location is perfect for anyone who wants to be close to restaurants/etc in the east village but also wants a comfortable, luxury apartment to stay in.
The apartment includes a living room, a large kitchen, a dining table and a bathroom.The rent includes all utilities( except for cable/wireless)
I'm a 32 yr old female and i work for a consulting firm in the city, during the week I'd prefer a quiet night in and hopefully you'll want the same.
Looking for someone around the same age, clean, responsible, employed with regulare working hours and able to pay bills on time. Willing to share in the cleaning schedule.
