Payment for the apt must be cash. I also ask for a copy of a photo ID and a $500 deposit (cash or check) that would be returned to you when you leave assuming the apt is in the same condition as given. Please let me know your situation if you are interested, what you'll be doing in NY, who will be staying with you, what time of day you will be arriving and departing, etc. Also, please mention which listing you are referring to as I have two apartments listed, a studio as well as a one bedroom.
