If you like a home and need not want to loose it waiting till you make the entire sale price, then lease purchase is your best option. Also you need not depend on borrowed money and high-interest loans for owning your dream home. Lease purchase was coined to benefit buyers who cannot afford to make a flat payment while entering into a contract of sale.
