FEMALE ONLY Shared Room -loft- in 1000 sf Loft Financial District 650

(My Original Blog Post: http://ping.fm/3r7hs)
Hello! I have found a great oversized loft (amazingly) in the Financial District/Tribeca area. Looking for two amazing girls to hop on this with me! Move in date is NOV. 1st.

DETAILS: 15' ceilings, gutt renovations, new kitchen, carpeting, elevator building, laundry on each floor, 24 hr security desk, close by to
many subway lines, water/heat/gas included in rent, over sized common area, floor to ceiling windows. Gonna make this place rock!

The elevated loft is what will be shared. It is unfurnished, and large enough for two queen size beds with good closet space both in the loft and below it.
There is the ability to create appropriate privacy throughout the space. I do have pictures, but know it is in the beginning phase of renovation. Also, if you
do have furniture you care to bring, there will be room for it.

RENT: There is two months' rent ($1300) and a refundable security deposit ($500) required to move in. A heck of a better deal than getting the start-up
needed when looking to lease on your own. No need to be on the lease either. After that, the rent is $650 per month. Utilities will be split 3 ways. A minimum of 3 months needed.

About myself. I am in the health industry, am in my late 20's and keep it low-key. Don't smoke, love to laugh and usually do so by making fun of others. Kindly, that is. Sort of.

ROOMMATES: Need to be EMPLOYED, be around mid-20's to early 30's. Absolutely no smokers/no pets. Also, no boyfriends for overnighters.
Sorry, but this is due to the nature of the living space, seeing as it is a shared loft and would be inconsiderate for the other roommate. (And I know I don't really care to hear you both make-out or...whatever.) However, friends and family are more than welcome to stay when visiting the city. A head's up is all that is asked.

Because this needs to get settled right away, please email me at Powderfoot24@msn.com or the Craig's list posting. Look forward to hearing from you!

Rebecca
