My Paris flat for yours in NYC

We live in Chatillon, south suburb of Paris, 200 m by walk from tube station Chatillon / very close from center of Paris (15min) , have a look on a tube map

We would like to do a one-week apartment swap, starting either the 23rd of November or 30th of November 2009, with someone/couple who lives reasonably in Manhattan or very close exemple in Brooklyn, QUeens etc.

We have a very clean flat of about 540 square feet, with one big living room, one bedroom (with full-size bed) , one bathroom (with both bath and shower) , kitchen.
Our apartment is ideal for a couple looking to enjoy Paris together

The apartment is well-lit, with direct sunshine.

It's located in Chatillon city, located South Paris. 15min from tube station Montparnasse in subway.
This is a quiet residential neighborhood, with taxi cabs constantly driving by,
-large, wide screen , hi-fi television with dvd player;
-wireless internet (of which I'll need to provide you with the password);
-temperature controllable apartment
-fully operational kitchen with 4-range stove, oven, microwave, blender, freezer and fridge
-close walk to several supermarkets, grocery, bakeries, produce stands, health-food stores


Sorry but Non-smoking inside the flat however allowed of course on the balcony
No pets.
