I'll swap my 110th street apt (1br clean, nearly empty) for a place in Queens, preferably in or near the Forest Hills area. The swap would be for the month of December but is flexible. I must be in your place from Dec 7th to Dec 24th. I'm a clean, educated person, I probably wont spend much time in the apt anyway, other than to sleep. Hope it all works out. Thank you.
