I'm a professional who recently moved to Manhattan and am living with a buddy of mine.
I have several (3-6) guests coming in on October 24th for a social event and we need a place to stay for a night. Lack of bedding is not an issue as we're all here for the event and not for a luxury stay, so if you have a studio/1BR that's not a problem.
Please let me know if you'd like to discuss renting your place. Include the location (cross streets) in your email.
