Need Apartment that allows my pitbull Upper West Side 2300

Hi. My husband and I are looking for an apartment that would permit our 4 year old (well behaved, potty trained, friendly, and neutered) 63 lb. pit bull. We are moving to New York City, and need a place in Manhattan ONLY, preferably UWS, UES, Midtown West or East, and possibly Murray Hill and Clinton areas. No Bk, Bx, Qns. or NJ. We need a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, price range: $2,000-$3,000 per month, no fee preferred. Parking in or around the building is also a requirement, as we will have 1 car. Walk-ups are an option. We are both professionals (attorneys) no kids, and no other dogs.

Move date would be around December.
