BUILDING: gym & pool ($40 per month), tennis court, garden, screening room, 24hr doorman/concierge, refrigerated storage (for fresh direct), live-in super.
LOCATION: 5 minute walk to Columbus Circle (subway lines 1,2,3,A,B,C&D) & Central Park. 10 minute walk to the heart of Hell's Kitchen or the heart of the UWS.
AMENITIES WITHIN 5 MIN WALK: 24 hour drug stores, several large supermarkets, 2 dry cleaners, a few banks, a Starbucks, restaurants.
ROOMMATES: 2 guys, 26 & 27, professionals, non-smoking, neat, clean, considerate, financially stable, do not listen to loud music, friendly, easy-going
