Nicely finished space with good light. Station has own file cabinet, shelf space, comfortable Eames-style chair. Use of microwave, refrigerator, printers. Use WiFi for internet or set up phone line to existing jacks.
$595/month includes electricity AC and heat; 2 months deposit required but length of sublet is very negotiable.
