Hotel prices maybe coming down but in the end you are still left staying in one room. With 800 square feet and full use of your own apartment-- make your 2009 trip to New York City one of the most special and enjoyable! (This is NOT a share!) You might never go back to the small, cramped and expensive hotel rooms in which NY is well known.



Located in the eighties on the UES, this fifth floor walk up is located in a safe and lively neighborhood from which to begin and end your NYC day. The street is tree lined and quiet, between two bustling avenues filled with numerous bars and restaurants. Getting around to any part of the city is close and simple via public transportation (buses and or the 4,5,6 subway lines). The apartment sleeps up to 2 in one room for $125/night, or up to 4 for $175/night (a second br is avail.) and these rates are flat. Reservations are made with a deposit using PayPal once dates are confirmed. There is a 2-night minimum.
