I'm moving out, looking for someone to take my spot in a studio share on the upper east side. Your roommate would be a 21 year old Hunter student. This is a perfect opportunity for students. The apartment is two blocks from the 456NRWF and V trains. ten minute walk to central park, five minute walk to hunter. Laundry across the street. Its an excellent location. The place is small, great for someone who doesn't have a lot of stuff. It's not great for cooking but there is a stove. Move in date is february 15th. flexible.
