I'm leaving the country for awhile and need to sublet my 1br apt in Washington Heights, West 180s. Great lively, safe, family neighborhood, 1 block from Yeshiva, 10 blocks from Columbia Presb, few blocks from many beautiful huge parks (Highbridge, Ft. Tryon).

LARGE airy sunny fully furnished 1br w/ full size bed, pull-out sofa (full) in living room, large table in big eat-in kitchen, entrance hallway, bathroom with huge tub. Was all renovated last December. Impeccably clean (i'm a little OCD about it) and nicely & comfortably furnished/decorated. It's too big of an apt to say 'cozy' but everyone feels great when they're in my apartment. I will remove all my personal belongings so you'll have plenty of space-drawers, shelves, closets, etc-for your things.

5th floor walk up faces street (faces north-great indirect sunlight). BUT there is a WASHING MACHINE in apartment (hooks to sink, it's pretty amazing)!! no need to haul laundry anywhere!!

$1200 is ALL INCLUDED utilities, wireless internet, basic cable. Pay one bill, that's it, no extra costs.

THIS IS NOT A SHARE!! IT'S ALL YOURS! Couples welcome, it's a great space for 2 people.

all i ask is that you respect my furniture/apt and pay rent on time. need first month and 1 month security to move in. Need someone for late January til June or July,; dates are a little flexible but I'm looking for at least 4 months.
