Looking to sublet a very nice and spacious studio right in the middle of the city (Times Square).
It has a great commuting location perfect for business travelers and tourists. There are two train stations right on the same block (the B, D, F & V line on one side and the N & R on the other end). Full kitchen and full bathroom. Laundry room in building. Studio is fully furnished (2 sofa beds-living room and bedroom, TV, AC, NO Computer). The apartment is on the 3rd fl. of elevator building. There is a doorman most of the time. Linens and towels provided. NO SHARING (it will be all yours during your stay). Located on 47th ST. between 6th & 7th ave. FREE INTERNET just not wireless. Also, the neighborhood is very safe. I've never had issues and since in right in Times Square there is always people and police around.
Check in time is very flexible, pretty much whatever time you come in and whatever time you leave (just keep in mind that if you leave later that day there will be other people coming in so all I ask is that you put your stuff away, clean after yourself and you can leave the luggage in the apartment until you are ready to leave to the airport)

PRICE is $99 x number of nights (no additional fees). Based on the length of your stay, I may charge a refundable security deposit which will be returned to you the day you leave the apartment.
