SIMPLY HORRENDOUS. DO NOT LIVE IN A MAGNUM MANAGEMENT BUILDING. Multiple apartments in the building were robbed by our superintendent and the management did not care or do anything about it. WE HAD NO HEAT OR HOT WATER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WINTER AND THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY DID NOT FIX IT FOR 4 DAYS - THEN CHARGED US RENT FOR THOSE DAYS - in violation on NYC and NY State law! TERRIBLE management company - DO NOT LIVE IN THEIR BUILDINGS. AWFUL AWFUL EXPERIENCE SHARED BY ALL TENANTS. STAY AWAY.
