At approximately 650 square feet (61 square meters), this unit can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The apartment opens into a roomy living area, which features a sleeper sofa, cable TV with DVD player, WiFi Internet, and most importantly, a spectacular view of the world famous Central Park that will provide a wonderful New York City living experience during your stay. The kitchen features a breakfast bar/countertop and is well equipped should you decide to cook or eat in the apartment. Each bedroom features a queen-size bed for your comfort. Fresh linens and clean bath towels will be provided for you.
The property is located directly on the NW corner of Central Park. The entrance to the park is just footsteps away from the building lobby, while a short walk will take you to many bars and restaurants within Harlem’s Frederick Douglas Circle and the Columbia University vicinity. For your convenience, there’s a supermarket, located on the complex’s ground floor, a coffee shop and a Dry Cleaner right around the corner. Subway station is also at the foot of the property, with easy access to the “B” and “C” subway lines that will reach Midtown and Times Square in less than 10 minutes. As you can see, this property can easily access the heart of Manhattan and all the major attractions, and yet is situated in a quiet area of Upper West Side, which makes it the perfect location to retire from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We arrived in NY on a thursday afternoon. After picking up the keys, we went to the apartment. The place has a wonderful view of the park (the same as the pics on the web. First time a web site is so truthful...), it is perfect for two couples, the bedrooms are spacious, full of light, the beds comfortable. It is right on an subway stop. Max 20/25 minutes you're anywhere you want to be in Manhattan. The building is brand new (there's always a doorman) it's right at the north/west corner of the park, the fact that it is in a very open area also gives a great sense of safety. There's an internet connection, which is quite convenient. The owner waited for us until we got to the office to pick up the keys even though we were two hours late and couldn't call because our phone didn't work in the US. The description of the apartment was very accurate, also the payment process and the contract were very transparent. The area is very convenient (close to Columbia University), there is a supermarket right at the bottom of the building, all you need at walking distance. I recommend this apartment without any hesitation (already have to friends in fact). I think it was the best value for money we could find in NY.

We are looking for a new roommate to move into our duplex in Hells Kitchen. There are 4br, 3 living rooms, 1 full kitchen, 1 full bathroom & a shared room closet. All other roommates are working professionals, and we would like our new roommate to be as well. Sex does not matter, however responsibility does. Utilities will be at most $100 a month and rent is $1,100 (which includes hot water and heat). Our apartment is 2nd and 3rd floor walk-up without a doorman, and there is only one other apartment in the building. The whole apartment has hardwood floors and there are large windows which brings in a lot of light. Tell me a little about yourself if you are interested.
