I am looking to sublet my spacious 1 Bedroom in Gramercy for the period of two weeks from July 11th until July 26th. Weekly rent is $500. It can easily accomodate 3 people. Newly constructed elevator building with laundry room downstairs. Apartment has High Speed internet, Flat TV, Cable, DVD and VCR player.
