Looking for a room to rent for no more that $1600.00 per month. I am a very clean 23 year old male professional. I currently live in the Financial District but want to move out of this area unless someone has something truly amazing here. I would ideally like to live in Gramercy. However, I do not want to live above the 80's. Please send pictures of your space if that is possible.
