You are renting a room in an apartment shared with 3 others. Two housemates are foreign exchange students from France, the other housemate is a recent business school grad. One male; two females; early twenties. Pleasant, self-contained, responsible people. We are trying to fill the room with one other good-natured being.
Utlities, wireless & cleaning are provided.
A bed, a desk, a floor lamp and (large) walk-in closet are provided as well.
There is no window but there is a vent.
Location is prime (nr 6 train and bus lines).
You have roof access. Other nice people live in the bldg and often congregate up there.
Lease term is 10/01 - 12/31/2009, month to month is available after lease ends.
