One room in a 2 bedroom apt $2,200 from Nov 7th- Dec 30th. Heat and hot water included, all you have to pay is the electricity and internet, and it is split with the other tenant (should be about $30). You should be a young female with a full time school or work schedule, the girl who lives in the other room is a full time student. You must be able to pay the full price upfront plus a $500 security deposit which you will get back in full on Dec 30th when you move out as long as nothing is damaged. Apt is on 14th between 1st and 2nd. 5 floor walk up, nice size room, huge closet, small common area, fully functional kitchen and bathroom. Near all trains at union sq, L train on the corner of the block. Laundry close by. Great food, shopping, and bars in the area.
