Hey I was wondering if someone could help. I lived in NYC for 5 years - my rent was $2,800...Moved to NJ for 2 years...my rent has been $2,800...My credit is all kinds of messed up - I want to move back to NYC Does the fact that I have paid my rent at 2.800 a month for 7 years show anything to a management office? Will they accept me based on income and that information alone and let the credit score go? let me know what you think.
