Looking for a male/female roommate beginning Feb 1st (negotiable) for a luxury doorman building apartment in midtown west - 48th street. The apartment is on the 34th Floor with a great view of the city. It's a doorman building with pool, gym, laundry, free breakfast and many other facilities.
I'm 28 years old male working in the city. I'm easy going and looking for someone similar & who pays rent on time. You'll be on the lease along with me for a year minimum.
