We have a bedroom open in fantastic west village apartment. It's a 5th floor walkup right on W.10th Street , between Greenwich Ave and Waverly Place . The apartment is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath with plenty of windows and natural light, hardwood floors, and separate renovated kitchen & living room. It's a great building overall in a great location...across the street from Jack's coffee, around the corner from Morandi, and a block away from Kingswood , to name a few neighborhood favorites. 1 block from NYSC and three neighborhood grocery stores. It’s a great apartment.
The bedroom available faces the back of the building (so it’s very quiet) and has an exposed brick wall.
The subway is less than a 2 minute walk and has FV/BD and ACE lines.
The room is available August 15th (definitely negotiable and may be available for Aug 1st) and the lease is thru May 2010 (although you would not be on the lease). The rent is $1475 (security deposit will also be necessary). Tenant would pitch in for Cable/Intranet/Electricity.
This truly is a fantastic place to live and a great deal for one of the best neighborhoods! We are looking to fill it with a young professional who is responsible, clean and respectful. Our paths rarely cross in during the week (and rarely on the weekends in the summer). We just want somebody normal and nice!
