Hi. I am looking to rent a studio/1bedroom apartment...I have an HRA program that would pay my rent every month. It is a city program.It is also known as HASA. If you would accept this, please let me know what utilities would/would not be included and if pets are accepted. I have a small dog (7pounds) thanks..
