This price does not include utilities.. and this apartment is not furnished. I am completely leaving and you would be able to take over the apartment and possibly resign lease March 1st, 2010 if interested.
It's a great studio as I lived there for 10 years. It's a 3rd floor walkup and it's in the back of the building so it's quiet. And I have always felt really safe.
The neighborhood is also really great for restaurants, shopping... bars, etc. And of course close to many subways!
And I had just had it repainted recently so it's very clean.
Photos are available upon request. This apartment needs to be rented from August 1st until March 1st.
Apartment is on 54th between 1st and 2nd.... great neighborhood!!
