I am looking to swap my beautiful, large, light and airy one bedroom on a top floor in an ultra-exclusive, luxury Manhattan Building for your place, perhaps near a beach or somewhere that a car would not be needed and is accessible by public transportation. My place is near all the subways, top restaurants, museums, galleries, boutiques- the is a private rooftop club w/a pool, sauna, steam room, full gym with great equipment, several sundecks all w/spectacular Manhattan views. The apartment itself has all highly polished beautiful wood floors throughout, all newly furnished,imported tiling in bathrooms and kitchen, all marble counter tops, ultra-modern lighting fixtures and appliances- nicer than any NYC hotel. I am looking for people that are clean, trustworthy and responsible. Please email me and I would be happy to send you some photos.
