I am a Native New Yorker and former Harlem resident returning to the city after three years in Philly. I am looking for a 2BR apartment within walking distance of Mount Morris Park. I would prefer to live anywhere between 5th and 8th Avenues and 119th and 126th Streets. I have an adorable, well-behaved yellow lab named Rocky (who is known and loved in Harlem!). I am a homeowner myself in Philly, so I know how to take care of a property and would be a quiet, responsible tenant.
Must have laundry on premises. Will consider either brownstone or apartment building, but no shares. Looking for August 15th move-in date.
