Cute, small one bedroom in great neighborhood in Manhattan.
Apartment is quiet and in safe neighborhood... great location by park and Lincoln Center.
Available short term from August through the end of December.
Top floor and back of building (facing courtyard, a tree, sky and the Dakota)... quiet and clean.
