I am offering a 15X15ft. room in a 3 bedroom apt. Fully furnished with a queen sized bed, recliner lazy-boy, t.v. with cable and DVR and a secure WiFi internet connection and most importantly a fantastic A.C. I live on the same block as the A train, Star-bucks, movie theater, gym, etc. We are all in the entertainment field and are always in or out of the city. I have this one room available from August 1st - sept 4th. I am asking for 900$ which includes all utilities. Please get back to me asap as this apartment always goes fast. I am looking for someone down to earth and comfortable with an amazing 5 month old maltese poodle. ;)
