Hi all!
I'm a 26yr old female from Toronto looking for a room/apartment in New York for a long term rental. I'm moving to New York to do my Masters in Theatre Lighting Design at NYU (Tisch). I'm friendly, outgoing, clean and respectful. I love meeting new people, but don't bring the party home with me. I'm a non smoker and pay my bills on time. I'd love to find a place that isn't too far of a commute from NYU and isn't a dorm.
I'm looking to rent a place ideally beginning Aug 1st or 15th and will be in the city looking at apartments from July 11th to 15th.
