Great Railroad apartment in heart if the East Village


This charming, 700 square foot open space apartment on the 4th floor of a classic New York Tenement building, is located on 9th street between Avenue B &C besides Thompkin's Square Park in the heart of the East Village.
The fully equipped, commercial grade, stainless steel kitchen with toaster, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery has a sunny little breakfast spot with a beautiful view onto lushes gardens. It come equipped with large refrigerator and a large gas stove and oven.
The dining and living room area have a big Americana table, eclectic antique chairs and the walls are decorates with Folk Art and rugs. The sofa/daybed in the living room sleeps one person.
The connecting bedroom and office space, which are separated from the living room with a half wall, have a queen-size bed, Cable TV, a CD player and wireless high-speed internet. It has a newly renovated bathroom with a tub and a Moroccan tiled floor. The apartment also comes with hairdryer, alarm clock, iron, ironing board, and air conditioning.
The nearest subway stations are only a few blocks away. The Astor Place station or the Broadway /8Street station can connect you to all major spots in the city.
There is a great laundry-mat close by on the corner of 11th street and Avenue B.
This exciting and vibrant part of the city is famous for its many lovely cafes, art galleries, restaurants, vintage and trendy Boutiques. It’s a Mecca for shopping and people watching.

Reservations can be made by phone at USA 212 722 8300 the reservation office is open from 10 am to 6 pm Monday – Friday. We check our answering service frequently. Alternatively you can fax a printout of the reservation form off the web site, staythenight.com, to 212 427 6123 with a credit card number to hold a reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

We hold a 20% deposit by credit card, which is refundable in full if you cancel more than 7 days prior to your arrival. If the reservation is cancelled after that, we will try to re-reserve the room from our waiting list. If we are successful your deposit will be refunded in full.

Payment

Payment for the entire reservation is due in full upon arrival, and is not refundable.
