The rent for all rooms is $700 a month plus you have to pay for utilities, which is electric, gas, Internet, cable, and phone. Which should come out to be about 30-50 a month each, not bad at all.
You will need first month, last month, and security deposit to move in. You can either move in June 15th or July 1st. But if you are interested and want the room held for you until then you will have to put down at least 1 month holding deposit. There is no negotiation about either of these, so please don't ask.
Also you will need to show proof of employment, or have a guarantor. Also the landlord will have to do a credit check on you or your guarantor. Just standard stuff, nothing to be nervous about. If you are a really good candidate we will figure something out. I'm a very open minded person, and am flexible to help good people out.
