Landlords Responsibilities

Even though lot is being written about a landlord's rights, there are also certain responsibilities that he has to discharge, towards the tenant, the community and the government. Landlord's responsibilities are many, given the fact that he is the legal owner of the property and is willfully giving the same on rent, in order to make an income or sometimes to help another individual. It could either be a business that the owner is engaged in a bigger scale or he might be the owner of a single property and is looking to create a source of income.
