I am relocating to NY in next month and looking for a 2 bdr or a large 1bdr in East Harlem or West Harlem. Not interested in Washington Heights area or above City College. Would like to spend $1500 or less. Doable? Need safe/clean location. Also need parking
Could do other parts of the city above 70th st but probably out of price range.
