Great room for rent in two bedroom. Share with female and male, and one terrific beagle. Amazing location only one block to 1st ave L. 5 min walk to union square. Across from Stuyvesant Town. Full size bed included. Cable ready room. Cable and electric are not included but come to about 100 a month.Fully equipped kitchen. No cats or dogs please but fish and other pets will be considered. Smokers OK. $2200 for 1st month and security needed for move in. NO Lease! No Credit Check! This room won't last!
