Hi,
I'm looking for a long term sublet of my furnished studio apartment in the east village, starting November 15th (date is flexible.) The rent is $1450/month, with all water, heat, and electricity utilities included.
The apartment is on the 5th floor of a 5-floor walkup, in a quiet building on Avenue C, between 10th and 11th streets. There are two large windows facing west, which overlook several gardens below. There is roof access with excellent views. The apartment is furnished with a comfortable double bed purchased this year, a small sofa, table/desk, chair, and built-in shelving. The apartment is ideally suited to a quiet professional. The sublet is available for one year, or shorter.
I will require one full month's rent as security deposit ($1450). Please email me with any questions, or to set up a time to take a look.
