please help! Anyone who has an unneeded, unused, available apt. I need an apt by 11/20 desperately. Been subletting for 10 years and the tenant is returning. I need a preferalby modern, clean, safe, elevator (bad back) not to sound picky
Please any leads would be hugely appreciated. Due to divorce, old student loans (bad ratio) I don't have great/good credit. So I can not get a typical lease. I work hard and have steady work but don't have thousands to pay extra security.
Any help will be appreciated.
