We're an internet startup company that didn't quite make it....so we're looking to sublet.
Our lease runs thru February, but we're looking to rent our space out either daily, weekly, or monthly until then.
Comes fully furnished with BRAND NEW IKEA FURNITURE: we got desks, 30+ chairs, chairs on wheels, expensive tables... (sigh, if we only knew how to run our business as well as we knew how to furnish our offices....)
We have wireless internet and two phone lines for your use. Utilities are a fixed amount of $483/mo -- and can be prorated for your use (that includes everything).

- Very large bullpen (roughly 700-800 sq ft)
- 2 smaller offices (roughly 150-200 sq ft)
- 1 medium sized bullpen/reception area (roughly 300-400 sq ft)

- Class B building -- 24/7 access.
Great as short term production space, daily photography shoots, or just plain office space.
