Perfect for a couple + 1 or 2 kids, or we may consider 2 different individual roomates. We are naturally looking for responsible, clean, honest people. Sorry, NO smoking, NO pets.
Nice quiet block in a safe family friendly neighborhood, two 24/7 delis around the corner, parks, cleaners, supermarkets, banks, restaurants (Sushi, Mexican, Diner, Chinese, Pizza, you name it!), Starbucks, McDonald's, Dunkin Donuts, all at walking distance.
Asking for $600 per WEEK during December for the ENTIRE apartment (electricity, phone line and internet INCLUDED), or $350 per week for 1 single bedroom rental. And yes, we are open to discuss a price discount if you want it for the whole month!!
In any case, a deposit is required. References would be a BIG plus and will give you priority.
