In order to learn about rental agreement, one must know what it is first. This agreement is between the tenant and the property owner. This is brought by the intention of the renter to temporarily occupy the property. The agreement can be written or oral. However, the agreements have to be adopted in a written form. It should at least contain the names of the parties involved and the property concerned. It should also determine the term of the agreement and the amount involved. The agreement or the contract will indicate the rules and regulations in terms of the usage of the property and its premises.
