Hello I'm looking for a room in the West Village/ Greenwich Village area. I want to pay around $1500- $1700 a month. My ideal place would have two decent equal sized rooms, newer appliances, and two bathrooms, but I'm flexible.
About me: I'm 25, female, interested in fashion, politics, going out (I don't want to live in an insane party house, but of course wouldn't have a problem if you wanted to have people over or the occasional party), I'm pretty clean, and courteous etc. Basically I'm really easy to live with.
You: I don't care if you're male or female, gay or straight whatever. I'm straight, but have plenty of gay friends. I'd prefer someone around my age range, You need to be gainfully employed or have someone paying your rent who is, You need to not be insane, extremely messy, etc
