1 BR with queen size bed available in a fully furnished 3 BR apartment in the heart of East Village (2nd Ave/6th street). The apartment has a living room, dining room and a kitchen. Close to Astor Place subway stop (6 Train) and 8th street stop (N, R, W). 2 minutes from Mamoun's Falafel, Pink Berry, Red Mango, 24 hour supermarket, tons of bars and restaurants.
This is a sublet and the place is available from the first week of December 2009. The other 2 roommates are extremely friendly and easy going. One is a lawyer and the other is in the finance industry. E-mail me with some details of your background. No pets.
The apartment is already hooked up with Cable TV, High Speed Internet (Wi-Fi). Your share of Cable TV, Internet and Electricity usually comes to about $100 a month. My roommates like to keep the apartment pretty clean (as you can probably tell from the pictures). So, we get a cleaning lady at least once a month ($100 total i.e; $33 per person).
2 month security deposit required but that of course is fully refundable.
