Relocating back to NYC from LA - yeay - and need a place in West Village/SoHo/Greenwich/NoHo/East Village. Need something furnished, wifi, clean, lots of closet space, full sized kitchen FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER at least. I need the month to look for a permanent place, so please let me know. I'm making offers on places now; someone is going to get my $$$ so might as well be you. Please respond with photos. My dog (3lb Chihuahua - she's a New Yorker) will be joining me the last week of December - must be ok with her, she's like a mouse. Price and length negotiable.
I owned a Co Op before I relocated to LA - I'm a great tenant. Can supply recommendations if you'd like.
