I have a bedroom available starting Jan 1st at my place on 11th St between Ave B & C. I love this place because of the location, it's in the middle of the East Village, I walk by a park on the way to work, etc. The bedroom I'm renting out is small, as in you can fit a loft bed and stuff under it, or a regular bed and a small dresser, and it also has two small windows. My roommate right now has a loft situation that she might leave/sell if you're interested. There's a small kitchen, a good-size bathroom, and the apartment is really quiet pretty much all the time. I work at a theater in the neighborhood, I'm 25, female, and really laid back about roommate things. Things you should know about me: I like to stay up late (also my schedule is random and I work late a lot), I smoke cigarettes out my window, and my boyfriend spends the night a lot. So, smokers welcome, you can have people over, pretty much the only thing I'm really adverse to is cats (I'm allergic). And, I'd rather not live with a guy, only because guys I don't know in my house makes me feel a little sketched out. If you think you're a guy who wouldn't creep me out, then feel free to get in touch :) I keep the place clean and am pretty quiet, but not anal about any of that stuff in terms of looking for someone to live with.
