Though Glenwood already has quite a bit in terms of luxury manhattan real estate, more has been added to the repertoire withEmerald Green - Glenwood's first LEED Certified luxury rental residences. It's nice for New Yorkers to know that they can live comfortable while remaining environmentally aware by making their own little nook in Emerald Green.
